Water product project for PGI MANAGEMENT in Illulissat. Business plan development and creation of a kayak product around the Kangia Glacier at Disco Bay (UNESCO heritage).

2015 – Rio de Janeiro, Deodoro region
Business plan project for the City Council of Rio de Jaineiro and the IOC (International Olympic Committee) to develop the Olympic water sports in the water channel of Deodoro region.

Analysis and business plan to propose new outdoor activities in Palandöken Ski Resort.

2016 – Dubai
Analysis to propose new outdoor activities in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Ra al-Khaimah, Fujairah, Al Ain, Al Madam and Xarjah. improvement plan in Barcelona for UAE students.
ANDORRA
2016, 2017, 2018, 2020 – St. Julià de Lòria
Commissioned by Andorra’s Ministry of Tourism. Project to analyse the feasibility and cost-benefit return of the first Rafting route in Andorra from Caldea to the Spanish border. Development of the first phase of the “Aigües braves project” (white-water project) in St. Julià de Lòria. Market analysis, business plan development, product creation and launching. Awarded concession to develop rafting activities in St. Julià de Lòria (Andorra) for 15 years.

2019, 2020 – Catalonia
Consulting for the Catalan Government to analyse and propose new activities for their 5 ski resorts in the Pyrenees and Tourism train activity. Applying for the concession of Barcelona seaside sailing activities and the concession of 6 Nautical bases on the Catalan and Valencian coast.

2020 – St Carles de la Ràpita (Catalonia)
Commissioned by Sant Carles de la Ràpita town council. Analysis of the business case and study of potential development for the new Nautical Pavilion in St. Carles de la Ràpita harbour, and the economical activities to be held there for the economical development of the region.

Agreement with Diputació de Barcelona (the provincial Council) to carry out the evaluation and study of the functional and economic state and feasibility of the “Xalet de Coll de Pal”, a rural house similar to a hostel located in the mountains of El Berguedà (Catalonia). The different strategic lines to follow and the remodeling of the place are proposed, and some commercial guidelines are set to make the project viable.

Analysis, study and viability plan, commissioned by Fundació Catalunya La Pedrera, in relation to the MónNatura Pirineus sustainable building, inaugurated in 2002, it is a nature center that offers stays and activities aimed at all types of public with the objective of bringing visitors closer to nature and discovering the essence of the Pyrenees.
EVENTS ORGANIZATION PROJECTS
1st. Kayak Extrem Eurocup 1998. Tavascan (ESP)
1st ride – 1998 Kayak Extreme Eurocups, Sponsored by ADIDAS. This is one of the first kayak Extrem events in Europe. Held in the Pyrenees in the town of Tavascan. Organizing a head to head race was the main part of this event.
2nd Kayak Freestyle Eurocup 1999. Sort (ESP)
The second event of 1999 was the Eurocup circuit. This event was hosted in the town of Sort (ESP) and had more than 80 athletes coming from all Europe. ROCROI played a big roll organizing this event with Sort’s town council, and it was also an essential piece to develop the future of the discipline worldwide.
Kayak Freestyle PreWorlds 2000. Sort (ESP)
ROCROI together with the Sort’s town council bid for the 2001 world championships at the end of 1999 in NZ, and the bid was approved. The PreWorlds was an event for paddlers worldwide to prepare the 2001 world championships and meet the town of Sort.
2nd Kayak Freestyle EUROCUP 2001. Esterri d’Aneu (ESP)
Before the world championships in the town of Esterri d’Aneu (ESP), ROCROI organized one run of the Eurocup in order to to test the tools for the coming world championships in Sort.
Kayak Extrem World Championships 2001. Tavascan (ESP)
The first kayak extreme world championships ever was held in the town of Tavascan (ESP) and it was organized by ROCROI with paddlers coming from 30 countries competing in a head to head race.
Kayak Freestyle World Championships 2001. Sort (ESP)
The biggest kayak Freestyle event ever with more than 50 countries and 500 athletes competing in the town of Sort. This event was organized by ROCROI and hosted by the town council of Sort.
ECA Kayak Freestyle European Championships 2004. Sort (ESP)
First official EUROPEAN CANOE ASSOCIATION (ECA) freestyle championships, held in Sort, and co-organized by ROCROI, the RFEP (Real Federación Española de Piragüismo) and the ECA.
Ocean Racing Spanish Championships 2011. Vilanova i la Geltrú (ESP)
Together with the RFEP (Real federación Española de Piragüismo) and the city council of Vilanova i la Geltrú (Barcelona), ROCROI ran the Ocean Racing Spanish Championship with more than 250 paddlers from all over Spain.
ICF Canoe Freestyle World Cup 2014. Sort (ESP)
Together with the RFEP (Real Federación Española de Piragüismo) and the Town council of Sort, ROCROI ran the World Cup Final race of the 2014 season in terms to evaluate a potential bid for 2019 World Championships.
Youth Olympic Games Canoeing World qualification event 2018. Castelldefels (ESP)
ROCROI ran this event that was the global event for paddlers worldwide to qualify for the coming Youth Olympic Games in Summer 2018 in the city of Buenos Aires, Argentina. Paddlers from more than 70 countries were competing to get a place at the Youth Olympic Games 2018 for canoeing.
ICF Canoe Freestyle World Cup 2018. Sort (ESP)
Together with the RFEP (Real federación Española de Piragüismo) and the Town council of Sort, ROCROI ran the World Cup Final of the 2018 season as preparation for the 2019 ICF Freestyle World championships.
ICF Canoe Freestyle World Championships 2019. Sort (ESP)
Together with the RFEP (Real federación Española de Piragüismo) and the Town council of Sort, ROCROI ran the ICF Freestyle World Championships, which was a big success for the sport in terms of media. The event was broadcasted by different TV media and it reached more than 100 countries.
